Consultation

On your first visit to our office, our team will greet you with a warm smile and you will be welcomed as a member of our family. Once you have completed the admitting paperwork, we will have you watch a short educational video and then a member of our team will show you around the office. You will then meet with Dr. Gregory T. Otterman, D.C. for a consultation regarding your condition and to determine how chiropractic care and may be of benefit to you.

Examination

After a thorough consultation with the doctor, you will have a complete chiropractic examination which may include postural, orthopedic, neurological and musculoskeletal examinations. If necessary, x-rays will be performed as well, with a digital low-dose radiographic machine. These procedures are necessary to gain valuable information regarding your condition in order to provide you with the best care available. Once the consultation and examination have been performed, you will be offered some pain relief with physical therapy modalities, manual therapy and/or massage.

Report of Findings

On your second visit to our office, Dr. Otterman will give you a report of findings in order to explain the examination findings and will make recommendations for treatment. With your consent to the recommended plan of care, treatment will begin right away.

Our office is a participating provider (PPO) for many insurance companies. We also accept Personal injury protection (PIP) and workers compensation cases. For patients who have little or no insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged.
